Nina brings to ARC a wealth of Financial and Commercial experiences. She has held Senior Finance positions with well established and/or publicly listed companies such as United Engineers, Berger International and Singapore Technologies. Her most recent appointment was Shanghai-based Executive Director of Strategic Controlling with the Degussa group, a global provider of Construction Chemicals. In her last three (3) of her six (6) years stay in Shanghai, she ran her own company, ICS Asia Pacific, a spin-off from Degussa.

Nina obtained her Business Diploma FABE from the West London College in 1986 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester in 1998. She holds Fellow Membership with the England and Wales Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (CACA), Singapore Chartered Association of Accounts and England Association of Business Executives. She is also a member of the Singapore Association of Taxation.

Mr. Lin has almost 30 years of experience in general healthcare and dialysis. From 1982 to 1988, Mr. Lin was the General Manager of Baxter Healthcare's distributor in Taiwan, principally selling dialysis products. From 1988 to 1997, he was the Country Manager of Stryker Taiwan, the Taiwan subsidiary of Stryker Corporation of the U.S., a global leader in orthopaedic products. Mr. Lin then became General Manager of Enfield Medical Company, a medical equipment and distribution company with dialysis as its core business. He was one of the key executives responsible for taking Enfield Medical Company public in 2001. Mr. Lin founded his own hearing aid distribution business before joining ARC in 2005. He is a Biomedical Engineering graduate of Chung Yuen University and holds an EMBA postgraduate degree from the National Taiwan University.

Dr Panotes is a qualified Medical Doctor with more than 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. After practicing as a physician in her home town between 1984 and 1985, she joined PhilamCare Health Systems, the healthcare subsidiary of AIG, as Clinic Manager and left the co. in 1996 holding the position of Senior Vice President in charge of the medical claims, underwriting and clinics operations. In 1997, Dr. Panotes joined another leading insurance company, CMG Philippines, as Senior Vice president to oversee the health insurance and managed care businesseses. Dr. Panotes joined ARC in 2001. She is a graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Medicine.

Theresa has almost twenty-five (25) years of healthcare experience, beginning with the Tenet Healthcare Corporation, Mount Elizabeth Hospital. Subsequently, she worked for two other locally listed health care service providers holding various senior positions, including Group Senior VP, Business Development, Marketing Director, Director, Corporate Planning and Development and Group Senior Manager (Property). In these roles, she had extensive local and regional experiences including being based in Shanghai as well as driving successful ISO accreditation processes.

Theresa holds a MBA from the Brunei University, UK and a Bachelor's Degree in Science (Estate Management) from the University of Singapore. She is a Licensed Appraiser, a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers and a Member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.

C. W. graduated from KyungHee University with a Degree in Business Administration in 1988 and also completed a post-graduate degree in Labor Management from Soonghil Graduate School. He began working in the Personnel Department of Kolon Industries, a leading Chaebol, in 1987 before taking up the position of Operations Manager at the company-owned Shin Gang Medical Foundation in 1997. The Medical Foundation operated 8 dialysis clinics. C.W. joined ARC in 2006 as Operations Manager and was appointed as the Country Manager in October 2009.

Dr. Yoshimoto was born in Taiwan and graduated with Bachelor of Agriculture degree in 1961 before moving to Japan for further studies. He received his Bachelor and Master of Pharmacology from Tokyo College of Pharmacy in '72 and '74 respectively before culminating with a Doctor (PHD) Degree in Medicine from the Showa University. He held various senior positions including Vice-Director and Chief Manager of leading Biomedical Laboratories and Director of Tobu Medical College. Dr. Yoshimoto also holds various public licenses relating to Environment, Pharmacy and Nuclear Technology.

Adrian graduated from Singapore Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree in 1994. He started his career as an Investigator with Commercial Affairs Department in Ministry of Finance and subsequently spent three years at United Overseas Bank as an Internal Auditor. This was followed by an eight years stint at Michelin Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, starting off as a Senior Management Accountant and rose to the position of Controller. He came to ARC from Atlas Vending Pte Ltd where he held the position of Business Controller. Adrian is a Certified Public Accountant.

Patrick has more than ten years of Financial Management, Corporate Finance and Investment experiences. He came to ARC from PSA International, one of the largest port operators in the world, where he held various positions including Corporate Finance and Business Development. His roles exposed him to PSA's activities around the world, including a two-year stay in Kitakyushu, Japan. He is an accredited CPA (Singapore) and CFA and completed his MBA at INSEAD.

Nurziana has more than 10 years of experience in healthcare industry. She spent the early years of her career working in diagnostic laboratories in various leading private hospitals in Malaysia. Realising the growing potential of dialysis industry in her country, she joined one of the largest charity dialysis chains where she was directly involved in the management of dialysis centres including setting up and overseeing the daily operations as well as actively participating in various fundraising activities. She joined ARC in 2007. Nurziana graduated in 1995 from the University of Bradford, U.K. majoring in Biomedical Sciences.

More than 25 years dialysis and general healthcare industry experience and founder of the Renal Care Group which owned and operated dialysis clinics in Singapore and Malaysia. Graduated from the University of Singapore.
