In the east, we are at the ground floor of Kembangan Plaza, a 4-storey suburban centre of shops and offices. With the Kembangan MRT station directly opposite, parking spaces at the Plaza's basement and wheel-chair friendly passageways, patients will find our centre very accessible. We have a capacity of 12 chairs.

In the west, we are on the ground floor of a 4-storey block of shops and residential apartments in one of Clementi New Town's Neighbourhood Centre. There is ample parking at the public car park adjoining the block. The centre has a capacity for 10 chairs.

Nurse Manager Rashida (in blue uniform) says: "This Centre is intentionally set in the heartlands for patients living nearby. It is part and parcel of our aim to provide the best comfort possible in patient care, giving patients a sense of 2nd home while they dialyze here.""

Dr Pary has this to say of the 2 new centres:

"I believe in "value-added patient-centric management" for my patients. With the experience and knowledge I have gained over the years, I want to focus primarily on providing a comprehensive and dedicated medical care to all types of kidney patients. I see these 2 new centres as paving the way to that objective.

In that respect, I am very happy to partner Asia Renal Care in this journey. They have been very professional in setting up the 2 centres, including the renovations, the operating protocols and the day-to-day running. I can now actualize my belief in `value-added patient centric management' and concentrate on the medical care of these patients.

I also believe in a holistic approach in the treatment of my patients - who now would be able to receive treatment for common ailments without the need to see another doctor. This would help provide a one-stop service to the care of my patients.

Such'value-added patient centric management' is beginning to take shape at our 2 centres. As a start, the water treatment for high quality dialysis is carried out by state of the art RO (reverse osmosis) machines. The water which comes from public utility taps is now properly processed for dialysis treatments and only with medical industry standard RO systems can we ensure that we provide dialysis that would be of 'world class standard'."
